Your teams

Your teams are on your home screen and under Menu → Seasons & teams. Coaches only see the teams they're on.

A team page shows the coaching staff, with their roles and phone numbers.

Head coaches

Head coaches can manage their own team's staff:

• Add a coach: pick someone who's already in the club and choose their role (assistant coach, head coach or team staff).
• Change a role or remove someone from the team.
• To add someone who isn't in the club yet, ask a club admin to invite them.
• You can't change your own role; ask a club admin.

Certifications

Your club may require certifications such as a background check, SafeSport training, concussion training, or CPR/first aid.

1. Go to Menu → My certifications.
2. Pick the certification, enter the date you completed it, and attach the certificate if you have one.
3. The expiry date is filled in for you based on the club's rules (you can change it).

What you'll see:

• An admin may verify your entry. Until then it shows as Not verified yet.
• You'll get reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before something expires, and when it has expired.
• Why it matters: once player information is added to Clubhouse, coaches only see it while all their required certifications are current.

Club directory

Menu → Club directory lists:

• Board and committee positions, with responsibilities and who holds each one.
• Coaches for every team this season.

Use the search box for questions like "uniforms" or "fundraising" to find the right person.
