Clubhouse is a phone-friendly web app for baseball clubs. Coaches use it to keep track of their players' development: stats, practice measurements, development plans, and soft skills like effort, attitude and leadership. Clubs use it to run the things around the game: seasons and teams, board roles, coach certifications, safety, and policies.

Clubhouse is in an early test version. This guide covers what works today. See What's coming for what's next.

Who uses Clubhouse

Who What they do
Club admins Set up the club, invite people, create seasons and teams, manage roles.
Coaches See their teams, and soon their players, ratings and plans.
Staff Instructors and mentors who work with players across teams.
Board and committee members Listed in the club directory with their responsibilities.
Players and families Coming later, with guardian consent.

How clubs are organized

Think of it like a school: the club is the school, seasons are terms, and teams are classes.

Joining your club

Clubhouse is invite-only. There's no public sign-up.

  1. Your club admin invites you. You'll get a link by email or text message.
  2. Open the link on your phone, enter your name and choose a password (10 or more characters).
  3. Set up two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app. See Signing in.
  4. Save your backup codes.

That's it: you'll land on your home screen with your teams.

Using Clubhouse on your phone

Clubhouse works in your phone's web browser. You don't need to install anything. To make it feel like an app, add it to your home screen:
